Job summary

Sibelco is hiring a Production Line Worker for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–10:30pm) at our South Windsor location. The role involves hands-on work on a conveyor-based production line, ensuring safe and efficient operations and adherence to 5S standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, a strong team player, and able to follow procedures with attention to detail. Training is provided, and safety PPE is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line (standing for extended periods).
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
