Job summary

Stabilus is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift at our Gastonia, NC facility. You will oversee daily production to hit quality and delivery targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

You will manage attendance, overtime, and shift planning and actively participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing in high-volume settings.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Commitment to safety and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production on 2nd shift to ensure on-time, quality output.
• Manage time and attendance, overtime, and vacation planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving (8D/Quality).
• Maintain safety, quality, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to meet targets.
