Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader for a second shift role on the production floor in Brownsville, TX. You will own the shift, manage 20–25 employees, solve real-time production challenges, and influence safety, quality, efficiency, and team performance through daily coaching and on-floor leadership.

This is a fast-paced, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with daily decision-making on a production floor.
• Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a second shift production team (20–25 employees).
• Provide daily direction, coaching, training, and accountability.
• Stay engaged on the production floor to resolve issues and ensure safety, quality, and output targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and process teams to minimize downtime.
