Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead daily production operations on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance. You will direct about 25 employees, manage workflow, and partner with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma and 1–3 years of related supervisory experience, forklift familiarity, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 25 employees in the department.
• Schedule daily workflow to meet customers' expectations.
• Enforce quality control and safety rules across the shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep machines in optimal working order.
• Keep production records and daily logs up to date.
