Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Tyrone, PA. You will lead the bacon slicing team, coach staff, and drive improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, with a focus on HACCP, SSOP, and GMP compliance. Willingness to work weekends as required is expected.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or frontline leadership experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar operations environment.
• Proven coaching and team development skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities; safety and quality standards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the 2nd-shift bacon slicing team.
• Coach, develop, recognize, and hold team members accountable.
• Build a stronger, more flexible team through cross-training and development.
• Monitor production performance and respond quickly when safety, quality, labor, or efficiency fall off target.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying issues, solving root causes, and following improvements through to completion.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and other teams to keep the operation running effectively.
• Maintain strong execution of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
