Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring for a 2nd Shift supervisor to lead daily production operations from 4pm to 4am. You will drive team performance, coordinate schedules, and partner with forecast planning to set goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in other production areas.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that fosters teamwork while coordinating daily production operations, efficiency, and performance.
• Conduct one-on-one discussions and daily/weekly meetings with associates regarding plans and performance feedback.
• Work with forecast planning to set goals and identify cross-training needs for the department.
• Communicate critical information with leaders and escalate issues or roadblocks.
