Job summary

ADP is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Garland, TX to supervise packaging and production activities in a medical device environment. You will partner with other shift supervisors to meet SQDC goals, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and a focus on continuous improvement while adhering to FDA/OSHA/ISO guidelines. Training records and staff development are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Must have basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging dept. assignments to achieve SQDC in a medical device environment.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisors to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and mentor team leaders and staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and ensure proper training records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, OSHA, NRC, GDNR and ISO.
