Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Sturbridge, MA to lead a 25+ person production team and drive daily production goals. The role emphasizes coaching, coaching, and developing leaders, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery through Lean and Six Sigma practices.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance to resolve issues and implement improvements, oversee training, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, manufacturing, engineering or related field.
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a production department with 25+ employees to meet daily goals.
• Coach and develop team leads and operators and drive accountability.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery and productivity KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee training, skill matrices, and onboarding programs.
• Manage labor utilization, attendance, scheduling and payroll/timekeeping accuracy.
• Support GMP and documentation compliance in operations.
