Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Auburn, WA. The role runs 2:30pm to 1:00am Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay is $29.00–$30.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, with full-time benefits starting day one. The incumbent will lead production teams, drive key metrics, and ensure safety and training programs are executed.

Qualifications

• Ability to enforce safety policies and identify safety issues.
• Provide direction and coaching to production team members.
• Ensure onboarding and mentoring programs are effective for new and existing associates.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies to maintain an accident-free facility.
• Direct production team to meet metrics accurately and timely.
• Monitor line staffing and adjust plans to meet goals while controlling costs.
• Perform routine line checks to ensure efficiency and progress of machinery and personnel.
• Maintain manufacturing methods and quality measures (5S, PQCDSM, visual management, KPI).
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment runs at optimal levels.
