Job summary

Purity Dairy has an immediate opening for a Production Shift Lead at our Nashville facility, responsible for maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment, troubleshooting operating issues, and ensuring GMP compliance while meeting daily deadlines.

Schedule is 2nd shift Monday–Friday 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with Saturdays as needed; overtime possible. Purity Dairy offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within the DFA family.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks.
• Ability to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down and set up equipment and machinery; troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials while following GMP guidelines and meeting daily deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
