Job summary

Purity Dairies is hiring a Production Shift Lead for our Nashville facility. The role focuses on maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment, and resolving operating issues while ensuring GMP compliance and timely production.

The position supports the DFA family, with competitive pay and a benefits package. The schedule is 2nd shift (Mon–Fri 2:00 pm–10:30 pm) with Saturdays as needed; opportunities for growth within the company are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in GMP-driven environment.
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to meet daily deadlines.
