Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, vocational school or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in food manufacturing; mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in dough making and packaging equipment.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Special Skills: Ability to supervise, manage, build and lead a team; ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Physical: Requires flexibility of wrists and hands; lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to work at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line operation including safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure GMPs, training, and documentation are up to date.
