Responsibilities

  • Build the best team possible.
  • Hire, train, retain, and counsel on personal and professional matters; educate on benefits and company policies.
  • Guide the team in stretches before shifts and rotate workstations.
  • Check daily production orders to ensure customer fulfillment, accurate shipments, and proper product coding.
  • Ensure all workstations are staffed before production start-up.
  • Ensure machinery is performing and all workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • Promote safety through daily practice and monthly meetings.
  • Oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems.
  • Provide ongoing education on the importance of quality.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
