Job summary

Lingo Staffing, Inc. is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Production Lead to oversee a small team of two on the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift. This is a hands-on role on the production floor, including mixing liquids and resins, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production.

You will lead by example with excellent attendance, coordinate daily priorities, and work alongside the team to meet batch requirements. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing and proficiency with ERP systems like Oracle are

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with chemical mixing, batch processing, or resins is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to operate ERP systems (Oracle) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside 2 production employees.
• Mix and process liquids, resins, and other raw materials.

• Ensure products meet established quality standards.

Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Working Lead | Small Team

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on 2nd Shift Production Lead to oversee a small team of two employees while also working alongside them in production.

This is not a desk supervisor position. You will be actively involved in production, including mixing drums of liquids and resins, while helping keep the shift safe, productive, and on schedule.

Excellent attendance and reliability are extremely important for this position. We need someone who can be counted on to be at work every day and lead by example.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside 2 production employees
• Mix and process liquids, resins, and other raw materials
• Follow batch instructions and production requirements
• Make sure products meet established quality standards
• Coordinate daily production priorities and workflow
• Ensure required raw materials are available for production
• Monitor production and help minimize scrap and waste
• Enter and track production information using Oracle or another ERP system
• Complete basic production reports and communicate shift results
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures
• Wear required PPE, including a respirator
• Assist with material handling and forklift operation as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• 3-5 years Hands-on manufacturing experience
• Experience with chemical mixing, batch processing, liquids, resins, coatings, adhesives, rubber, plastics, or similar materials is a plus
• Experience with Oracle or another ERP/manufacturing system preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Ability to follow production and quality procedures
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to bend, lift, stand, and perform hands-on production work throughout the shift
• Ability to safely wear a respirator and required PPE
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and punctuality are required
