Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a safe work history.
• Good record of behavior and attendance.
• Positive attitude and proactive safety mindset.
• Willingness to perform heavy labor as needed.
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; document findings.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate aggregate processing equipment (mobile and/or stationary).
• Follow safety policies and environmental regulations (MSHA, etc.).
• Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections with proper documentation.
• Feed plant with specified products and manage stockpiles.
• Maintain consistent, efficient plant operation and perform minor maintenance.
• Assist with major repairs as needed and ensure reliable attendance.
• Work flexible schedule, including swing, night shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
