Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a Production Operator in Sulphur, LA to safely and efficiently run aggregate processing equipment on the 2nd shift (6pm-6am, Monday-Friday with some weekends). You will monitor plant equipment, perform inspections, manage material feeds, and assist with maintenance while adhering to safety policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a proven safe work history, and a proactive attitude toward safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates aggregate processing equipment and monitors plant systems.

• Feeds plant with specified products and maintains material stockpiles.
• Participates in routine maintenance and supports major repairs as needed.
• Maintains reliable attendance and contributes to a team environment.
