Qualifications

• Possess a safe work history.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good safety, behavior and attendance record.
• Willingness to work in a team with others.
• Willingness to do heavy labor.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather extremes.
• Willingness for a flexible schedule (swing/graveyard/overtime/weekends).
• Ability to work near or with heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair/clean equipment as needed.
• Maintain overall housekeeping of plant, equipment, and site.
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance at the worksite.
• Other duties as assigned.
