Job summary

Bunzl Safety - Piperton is seeking a Production Worker to assemble boxes and modify products in Piperton, TN. The role focuses on learning proper procedures, maintaining quality, and ensuring safe, efficient production to meet company goals.

Responsibilities include labeling, packing and preparing goods for shipment, with a strong emphasis on defect-free output and adherence to QC standards while following safety policies. OT and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Production Associate will perform labeling, bagging, boxing and preparing finished goods for shipping of the Value-Added Services (VAS) department.
• Ensure all products produced in the VAS department are free of defects and produced according to QC procedures.
• Inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with OSHA standards.
