Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Associate for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations safe and efficient. Starting pay is $18–$20/hour, with benefits and room for growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, adherence to safety, and quality standards while supporting a busy production line in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
