Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate II-Material Handler for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm, M-F) in Cary, NC operations focused on windows and doors assembly, safety and quality.

You will read work orders, operate hand and power tools, monitor safety, train co-workers, and maintain workflow. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read at least minimum word and number recognition/visual cues.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach and stand for 8–10 hours.
• Must follow established safety practices and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Follow standard work instructions to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support training of co-workers and participate in engagement activities.
• Identify problems and communicate issues for resolution.
