Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead subordinate managers overseeing fabrication and assembly. You will drive department direction, plan production operations, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Ideal candidates bring advanced PC skills, experience with Axapta, and a Bachelor's degree with extensive related experience. You will hire, train, and coach staff while fostering continuous improvement across the unit.

Qualifications

• Requires strong PC proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Axapta (Dynamics) or similar ERP system preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of directly related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drives supervision of production managers and directs activities in fabrication and assembly.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate department operations; interview, hire, and train staff.
• Improve safety, quality, schedule attainment, cost reduction, productivity, and engagement.
• Analyze production data to determine processes, tools, and labor needs.
