Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Production Supervisor in Georgia to lead a department and team within the production process. You will coordinate activities to meet production and safety goals, inspect outputs, and maintain production records.

A strong emphasis on safety and inventory management will be part of the role. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred bachelor's degree or related certification and at least two years of supervisory experience.

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Capable with Microsoft Office and data-entry programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within production.
• Coordinate team activities to meet production and safety goals.
• Inspect output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach and enforce company safety policies to achieve zero incidents.
• Collaborate with team and management to improve production and safety.
• Mediates and resolves conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $88,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
