Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Conyers, GA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a specific department within the production process. You will coordinate team activities to achieve production and safety goals, oversee output quality, and maintain time and production records.

Responsibilities include estimating material needs, managing inventory, teaching safety policies, enforcing regulations, collaborating with management to improve production and safety, and mediating conflicts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $88,000
