New Flyer is seeking a dedicated production team member to operate line machinery, perform equipment change-overs, and assist with roll time optimization. You will stand for long periods, follow safety protocols, read blueprints, and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and tools to maintain workflow.
• Perform equipment change-overs between setups with precision.
• Use mobile equipment to support production and roll time optimization.
• Clean and maintain workspace and tools to ensure a safe environment.
• Lock out/tag out machinery when not in use following safety protocols.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes to produce quality products.
• Report quality, process, equipment, and material issues to supervisor promptly.
• Support training of colleagues as needed.
• Use hand tools safely and according to guidelines.
• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints for task execution.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting.
