Job summary

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and tools to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Perform equipment change-overs with precision to switch between setups and minimize downtime.
• Utilize mobile equipment to support roll time optimization and production needs.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Turn off and lock out machinery when not in use per safety protocols.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and established procedures to produce high-quality products.
• Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor for swift resolution.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
• Provide hands-on training to colleagues as required.
• Use hand tools safely and according to guidelines.
