Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Production Assembler for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) at the Mission, TX facility. You will read instructions, assemble complex units, perform quality inspections, and report issues.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior assembler experience, with the ability to read work instructions and work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience as assembler preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow work instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read work instructions and follow procedures.
• Align materials and assemble parts to build units.
• Perform visual inspections per work instructions to identify defects.
• Complete reports as required and reject non-conforming parts.
• Ensure sub-assembly packs are protected to prevent damage.
• Rework defective products as instructed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist other positions and participate in cross-training.
