Job summary

Getinge in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Product Assembler I for the second shift. You will build products by following established processes and ensure quality while meeting production goals.

The role requires a basic understanding of Lean principles, ability to work in a team, and adherence to training and safety policies. Salary ranges from $21.30 to $22.00 per hour plus the Excellence Incentive Plan (EIP). Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:15 pm–10:25 pm EST.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow processes and work safely.
• Basic English reading/writing and math skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain quality and adhere to SAP and site policies.
• Builds product by following trained processes and meeting goals.
• Understand Lean manufacturing basics.
• Keep accurate records and training files.
• Participate in Shared Leadership tasks as directed.
