Job summary

Aprilaire in Poynette, WI is seeking a Regular, Full-Time 2nd Shift Assembler to join our production team. You will read instructions and manually assemble parts on the line, Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm.

The role offers base pay of $15.18 per hour plus shift premium and production incentive pay, with average hourly earnings projected between $22 and $28. Candidates should be comfortable standing, bending and using hand and measuring tools on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with assembly, hand, and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Ability to stand, bend and reach to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding instructions and manually assembling parts and products
• Spotting issues and solving problems as they arise in order to create a quality product
• Building teamwork on the production floor
