Job summary

Bobbie in Heath, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Operator to follow GMPs and SOPs. You will manufacture powder infant formula, operating industrial mixers, heat treatment systems, and dryers via HMI while coordinating with processing and quality teams. This is the 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm).

Qualifications

• Prior food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lifting and handling raw ingredients during weighing, staging and manufacturing.
• Operate scales, pumps, container rinsers, homogenizers, dry blending, and related equipment.
• Learn and perform CIP/COP, routine housekeeping, and sanitation tasks.
• Interact with computer systems integrated into the manufacturing process and document steps.
• Prepare, monitor, and document bulk ingredients for blending and heat treatment operations.
• Operate and document the CIP system used for equipment.
