Job summary

Bobbie is seeking a production team member to own the packaging line from setup to shutdown at our Heath, Ohio facility. You’ll work on fast-moving, hands-on mechanical tasks and troubleshoot line issues to keep cans moving to families.

You’ll follow SOPs, perform quality checks, and maintain GMP standards while contributing to a high-throughput environment with safety as a priority. Shift differentials apply for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to follow GMP and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain filling machines, seamers, conveyors, and labeling equipment per SOP
• Run quality checks on every batch and ensure seal integrity
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in real time and document actions
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Complete batch records and maintain GMP throughout
