Job summary

Ventek Solutions is seeking a Process Technician for the 2nd Shift at our Owosso, MI plant. You will monitor cycle times, adjust processes, and back up on presses to meet production and quality specifications.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a technical degree preferred, 2–4 years of manufacturing experience, and a valid lift truck certification. You will support maintenance, install new equipment, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–4-year technical degree preferred.
• 2–4-year manufacturing experience preferred; must be a certified lift truck driver.
• Good clerical, technical, and mechanical skills; ability to troubleshoot machines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cycle times and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accuracy of processes during production and modify processes for product orders.
• Conduct testing, sampling, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor operations to ensure quality and customer specs are met.
• Back-up on running presses during breaks and for the shift supervisor.
• Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance projects and install new equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
