Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing / Technical related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering to develop new methods and tool designs.
• Analyze operations to improve methods, tooling, equipment, and reduce costs.
• Document methods in Work Instructions and maintain related records.
• Assist planning production for new/complex products and tool designs.
• Set up and operate production and prototype machinery from route sheets and specs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform daily maintenance on equipment.
• Train on setups, adjustments, troubleshooting, and evaluations; maintain trainee records.
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance or supervisor.
• Follow prescribed safety practices at all times.
• Perform similar and associated duties as required.
• Maintain ISO documentation for the department.
