Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Process Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, tool changes, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Strong mechanical/electrical skills and safe work practices are essential. The role requires a GED or high school diploma, good English reading ability, and basic computer skills; PLC experience and OSHA forklift certification are

Responsibilities

Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes as needed.
Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses and components.
Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
Troubleshoot, locate root causes, and perform repairs.
Operate production machines as required and perform additional duties as assigned.
