Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and certify multiple processes on high-speed equipment.
• Perform set-ups and changeovers.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality.
• Respond to machine faults and restore operation.
• Participate in autonomous maintenance and 5S/Kaizen events.
• Follow safety regulations and GDP documentation.
