Responsibilities

• Operate potato chip fryers, dough mixers, and snack food processing equipment.
• Responsible for change over and setup of mixing, cooking, and processing equipment.
• Clean machine parts after changeovers, discard trash, monitor tank levels, clean seasoning trays, floors, and ovens.
• Record daily machine and process information (batch counts, start/stop times, oil meters, waste, pounds of flour).
• Maintain Urschel slicer heads to ensure quality and consistent slices.
• Ensure ERP data entry for production orders, materials, and finished goods; update real-time production status.
