Belcan Corporation in Livonia, MI is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to join our Flexible Assembly Operations. Immediate openings for skilled technicians to support assembly services for off-road, EV, and autonomous vehicle projects.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with potential overtime and weekend work. Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 3 years of automotive technician experience, own tools, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician or mechanic experience.
• Must read and execute written procedures.
• Must possess organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Perform automotive diagnostics, repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure timely attendance, overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
• Must have own tools with rolling tool box
• Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
• Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
• Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends

Preferred Skills:

• State/ASE certifications
• Experience working with Electric vehicles
