Job summary

Amcor in Lawrence, KS is seeking a production and packaging associate to support daily plant operations, help ensure product quality, and meet customer delivery expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will inspect and package plastic products, operate equipment safely and efficiently, complete required paperwork, monitor production runs, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with team members to keep lines running smoothly; this full-time role offers stability and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Monitor production runs and maintain process accuracy.

Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work‑area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
