Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Printer Operator for its facility in Portland, Maine. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM. Pay is $21 per hour with a consistent full-time schedule and potential for permanent employment.

The role involves loading materials, operating printers, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate production counts. Training on SOPs and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a printing, mailing, manufacturing, or production environment preferred, but not required.
• Basic machine operation skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented SOPs and safety requirements.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong reading comprehension and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load paper and materials into designated printer trays and feeders.
• Operate printers and production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct quality checks to identify defects and ensure production standards are met.
• Verify piece counts and production accuracy.
