Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Peripheral Operator in Edgewood, NY to operate IBM high-speed laser print equipment within a production environment. You will prioritize work requests, monitor print quality, and coordinate with supervisors to optimize production flow.

The role requires strong communication and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Candidates should have at least two years of print production experience and familiarity with InfoPrint workflows.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Minimum of two years work experience; one year in a print production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of InfoPrint Solutions, Kodak, and/or OCE continuous forms printers is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize print cycles to meet daily deliverables and service level agreements, and monitor quality by reviewing printed materials as jobs are being processed.
• Review print requests and logs to ensure timely sign-off and correct file printing/processing.
• Prioritize daily and weekly job streams and assign tasks to operators based on skill and workload.
• Ensure all work meets Broadridge quality standards and escalate issues to supervisor or lead.
• Communicate backlog/production information to management and advise on outsourcing or schedule resets.
