Qualifications

• Possess or be capable of securing and maintaining federal CFC licenses.

• Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing.
• Knowledge to diagnose and repair small electric motors and pumps.
• Must be capable of understanding instructions and physically able to perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate energy management computer and monitor systems.
• Follow the preventive maintenance program schedule.
• Prepare reports on the preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain good housekeeping in mechanical areas.
• Participate in district-sponsored training programs to update knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Building and Grounds Manager.
