Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Second Shift, Machine Operator Associate (I&R) to produce high-quality parts. You will follow processes, verify components, load machines, and record data in SAP while supporting continuous improvement.

The role requires a high school diploma and mechanical aptitude, with training on blueprint reading. The shift is 2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday, with an emphasis on safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to use measuring tools.
• Must pass blueprint reading class.

Responsibilities

• Follow written processes and operate I&R machines.
• Receive work order and verify components.
• Load machine or step feeder and perform line clearance.
• Verify correct program is running and monitor quality.
• Measure parts to blueprint specifications with precision instruments.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Record data in SAP and assist with improvements.
