You will run tests on the pressure tank, conduct visual and dimensional checks, select fittings, and document results. A high school diploma or GED is required, with ability to read blueprints and follow procedures. This shift offers a $1.00 differential and training on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual and dimensional checks on materials, assemblies, tube details, components and finished products.
• Inspects and tests components to validate conformance to blueprints and customer instructions.
• Determines appropriate fittings to perform the test.
• Lifts and positions work pieces for testing in the pressure test tank.
• Performs testing based on specific PSI and time limits per customer specs.
• Uses tank interlocks and safety mechanisms during testing.
• Observes test for bubble formation, seepage, or water droplets.
• Maintains proper record-keeping and adheres to safety requirements.
