Job Store Staffing is seeking a motivated Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Louisville, CO. The role involves setting up and operating installation presses, reading blueprints, and following work orders to ensure high-quality PEM installations.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn PEM hardware, part numbers, and material applications.
• Comfortable reading production drawings and using the PEM catalog.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify different material types and gauges.
• Experience with forklifts and basic hand tools is a plus.
• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate installation presses using the appropriate tooling.
• Install the correct PEM hardware by following work orders, drawings, and travelers.
• Program press controllers to ensure proper installation specifications.
• Request Quality Assurance inspections for first article parts.
• Scan work orders at the start and completion of each job using the E2 software system.
• Read blueprints and production documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to safely move and handle large parts.
