Quad is seeking an experienced Second Press Operator for our Winchester, VA location. This position involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the press and related equipment, as well as directing the press crew during operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular schedules, including day/night shifts.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the press and auxiliary equipment.
• Direct the activities of the press crew during downtime.
• Monitor product quality and approve or reject output.
