Ideal Tridon is seeking a Press Operator for post punch on the 2nd shift in Smyrna, TN. The role involves operating a press to cut and shape metal, loading coils, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance while following safety procedures.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours, 3:00pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed, and an hourly wage of $20.00 plus $1.00 shift differential. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to follow SOPs, communicate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Load machines with metal strut.
• Setup press machine.
• Locate the products.
• Ensure that machines do not run out of materials.
• Housekeeping while at the machine.
• Production reporting.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
