York Design Group is seeking a press operator for the second shift to operate residential or commercial presses. The position runs Monday through Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:00AM, with potential overtime and weekend/holiday coverage.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and forklift experience within a warehouse or production setting. Candidates should be capable of following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Previous experience operating a forklift.
• Previous experience in a warehouse/production environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust machine parts to ensure proper speed, pressure, and temperature for quality production.
• Monitor and control machines daily to maintain production schedules.
• Complete quality checks and paperwork to meet standards and regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained work area; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Review work orders and instructions to determine materials needed to fulfill orders.
• Understand shop orders, substrates, and patterns to execute production.
