Job summary

Aerotek in York, PA is seeking experienced press operators for 2nd shift on a 4x10 schedule. This contract-to-hire role pays $20.00–$26.00 per hour and requires 2+ years of manufacturing or press experience, forklift experience, and a sharp eye for quality. Position is fully onsite with steel-toe footwear required.

Training lasts 4–6 weeks on 1st shift before moving to your assigned shift. Benefits and growth opportunities are available as you advance with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operating experience.
• Sit-down forklift experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate press machines.
• Load materials and set machine measurements.
• Monitor production and inspect quality.
• Stack finished products on pallets for shipping.
• Complete work order documentation.
• Operate sit-down forklift and pull truck.
