Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to safely set up and run Cincinnati CNC press brakes, Mazak, Trumpf, and Amada lasers, along with manual sheet metal machines.

You will produce parts that meet print tolerances while supporting assembly or aftermarket needs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a technical degree or training in sheet metal fabrication, and proven press brake experience, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree and 2+ years sheet metal fabrication experience or 5+ years experience.
• Press brake operating experience required; Cincinnati experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Tennant Co.
• Two years general sheet metal training or two years vocational training in sheet metal or related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati CNC press brakes, CNC Mazak, Trumpf, and/or Amada lasers.
• Run manual sheet metal machines.
• Operate additional machines to reduce cycle times.
• Cut and shape metal for assembly or aftermarket needs.
• Ensure part accuracy within print tolerances to minimize scrap.
