Job summary

StampTech Fasteners is seeking an entry to mid-level forklift operator to support press operators across production cells. You will perform quality checks, handle materials, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include forklift operations, steel staging, data entry in Measurlink, 5S practices, and adherence to safety and process rules. This role requires basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities to ensure efficient production

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude; hands-on problem solving.
  • Professional communication when dealing with people at all levels.

  • Ability to perform arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Effectively communicate in a professional demeanor when dealing with the public or any level of employees

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

  • Ability to work overtime
