Qualified Staffing is seeking a Production Worker (Night Shift) in New Albany, IN. The Inspector / Pre-Pack Laborer will inspect foam products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications, while preparing finished goods for packaging and shipment.

The role demands attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with emphasis on quality and safety. Training runs on the day shift (6:30 AM – 4:30 PM) before transitioning to night hours.

• Sort, count, and verify products prior to packaging.
• Assemble, label, and package finished foam products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Report quality concerns, defects, or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Perform rework or trimming of products when necessary.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.

Production Worker (Night Shift)

Location:

Position Summary:

The Inspector / Pre-Pack Laborer is responsible for inspecting foam products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications while preparing finished products for packaging and shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday | 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM

(Training will take place on 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay:

$17.50 per hour during the temp-to-hire period
